My relevant qualifications come from two areas: Computer Related and Interpersonal.

The benefit of a web programmer educated and experienced in computer science is obvious, but these do very little in contract work without strong interpersonal skills to properly and honestly interpret directions and carry them out independently (without micromanagement). Working without these skills leads to unproductive efforts (and therefore costs) for both parties.
