For our mutual benefit:
  • New clients work in $250 increments
    • Allows the client to see the quality of my work before committing too large of a sum to the project
    • Allows me to trust the client to pay on time by not committing too large of an increment of work
    • Established clients may have up to $1000 work increments
  • Edits and revisions must be submitted by email
    • Phone requests are welcome, but clients must also send an email with the same information afterwards
    • This helps my memory of details, which means less mistakes!
    • Allows you to go back and easily remind or correct me if something is wrong
    • Keeps dates marked and allows me to categorize and set deadline alerts
    • Makes information available at meetings
For your benefit:
  • I reserve the right to charge less than the agreed rate for less productive sessions
  • Client has the right to request a deadline for edits as short as one week with no increase in rate (see rush deadline rates)
  • I will wait at least 3 months from loss of communication/payment to close a site or account in-case you are unable to respond.
Rush deadline rates (for small edits/updates < 2 hrs):
  • 7 days or further
    • The normal rate will apply

    • This amount will offset any meetings or updates made to your site durring that month (up to $100)
    • Includes hosting and use of test server
      • Makes small changes easier to make (cost less)
      • Keeps a second copy of your website available (backup)

For my benefit:
  • Payment due within 14 days of digital invioce receipt

  • If you bring me cookies in the hospital I will automatically love you forever!
    • This has happened!
    • It was fantastic!

I will detail this and more via email, phone, or initial consultation (for the newbies!)
